  3. Stomach pain (Maybe IBS) . Any advices?

Stomach pain(Maybe IBS).
I have stomach pain. Doc told to do 3 stool tests. One was acidic,others was alkaline and third was neutral,one didn't have mucus,occult blood others had it. Doc told reports are normal(No idea why). Said its probably IBS. Told to consume only isapghula powder at night and it'll get cured. Is this right diagnosis? Any advices? Before this few months ago earlier doctor did endoscopy and found i have Gastric esophagitis. Took medicines. But stomach pain was still there.

Hello Dear, If possible can you share the reports of endoscopy and stool report. It will be more helpful for me to suggest further action to you .
