Listen intake of tea coffee beverages produce lot of acid slowly convert to gastritis. This time reports are normal but it slowly progress n definitely u will get ??? Ulcer or anything more serious. So try some herbal home made tea like home spices jeera, kalonji, coriander, Fenugreek, saah jeera, kasuri methi to soak in night. Boil it n take it . Slowly decrease the normal tea u use. Try to restrict dairy products. Soon it turns in habit. I had  quite sugar, milk and milk products since over two years. Add banana papaya as fruit every day. Seasonal fruits u can go for. Till than Nexpro Rd 40 one in empty stomach for ten days. Mucaine gel 10 ml without water when ever you feel blotting, it can be taken four times a day or as required. It's instant acting antacid liquid. Meftal spas DS two times a day after food for pain abdomen, use as required it may cause constipation. U can watch FITNESS 365 DAYS a very good dietician  over face book. She solve all problems with tea diet but no medicine. Try
