In stool test result is like:
Consistency: semi liquid
Mucus: Trace
Reaction: Acidic
Pus cells: 3-4/HPF
RBC: 1-2/HPF
Macrophage: Present (+)
Vegetable Cells: Occasional
Starch Granules: Present (+)
The patient is my son of 9 years old and having stomach upset with pain in stomach for last 6 days.

Add curds and Banana in the diet,give ors after every loose motion if watery.
Add syp satrogyl-o 7.5 ml and syp vizylac 5 ml,both twice a day for 5 days.
Use syp anafortan for stomach ache if required.
