Stone on ureter
I have examined a week back stone size of 10 mm on upper part of ureter with help of utrasound. After a week I have gone through a ct scan and found stone size is 8×4 mm . I want to know is it a good sign and what could be my next line of action.

CT is the best investigation for stone disease. It gives most accurate information about the stone. 8mm stone is a little difficult to pass through the ureter. If pain recurs frequently or if there is any sign of infection you may have to get URS lithotripsy done. Take adequate fluids. This also helps to prevent further stone formation
