Dear Docter,
Pls suggest as m staying in covid19 red zone area not able to go for biospy or endoscopy to detect hpylori infection my request is pls guide me out of stool antigen test and Hpylori lgA blood test which one is better alternative to detect hpylori becterial infection in the most effective and efficient way so that I can book out of above test from my home and to give sample from home to maintain social distancing

If there is no urgency need not test for h pylori now. What are your symptoms right now? See if it can be symptomatically be treated. I dont think stool antigen test is available easily in India.
