Your food does not get digested properly. Your intestines are also not having proper motility. And maybe your food lacks fibre. Last but not least your liver is not well.
Next Steps
Add salads and leaves to your at least once in a day meal. Try to have brown rice instead of white rice. Try to multugrain atta instead of plain wheat atta. Aal these things will give bulk to stool and get your food digested properly.
Health Tips
Avoid maida, bread, biscuit, tea coffee (esp in evening). Get an LFT and ultrasound done, to make sure the liver is fine. If not, take proper action.
