My girl baby is 1 yr and 10 months now and I am looking to stop breast feeding. Before this lockdown she used to drink only once in morning after she wakes and at night as I used to be in office.. now since I am with her throughout the day she looks for it more often. Only we three are there at home so she doesn't find big distractions also to forget it.
Kindly suggest as what needs to be done

The only way is to completely stop giving..
Drop day feeds first
Then after a week night feeds
Anytime you stop she will cry
Do it gradually
With lot of affection and distractions... But most importantly stick to no if you have decided
