Stress and depression
We got a love marriage eight months ago and have been living separately since then due to different working/job areas. I live alone and have no one to take care of me. Because of this I started showing unusual behavioral changes and changes in daily routine. I remain depressed and have low energy levels always, trouble understanding situations, unable to manage day to day problems, always remain sad, have fear of worry and ability to concentrate is also reduced. Is this a mental health disease and If yes then how can this be cured? Thankyou

This could be depression or adjustment disorder.  To find out for sure you should consult a psychiatrist and start treatment
