NOT A SERIOUS ISSUE.
It can be treated with a very basic change in diet and lifestyle.
1. Reduce fat content in diet for 2 months.
2. Include atleast 2 cucumber daily to your diet.
3. Include protein rich foods in your diet. If unable to complete protein requirements try adding whey protein.
4. Isabgol 2tsp in buttermilk daily
5. Walking 45 minutes (minimum) daily for 1 month. Then 2 sessions of 45 minutes walking for second month.
Hope it helps.
