Stress issues
I had a breakup last year which has left me with commitment as well as intimacy issues. I am not able to open up easily with people. Also having issues with extended family on my father's side( property disputes) . Work has become quite hectic rn 10+ hrs which is affecting my mental health. I am trying to start exercising and meditation but useless thoughts consume hell lot of my time. All the frustration which is built up comes out in not so healthy manner. I want to have mental peace for sometime so that i can see where i stand and move forward from this. But i just can't help thinking and acting to clear my issues . I think I am suffering from depression. Any suggestions is appreciated.
