Stress test BP
I had a stress test today and they said everything was fine. But I noticed that when they took my blood pressure during the test, the top number rose, but the bottom number stayed the same. Is this at all normal?

Rise in BP during stress test is normal. Usually the systolic (top number) rises more than diastolic (bottom number). Did you notice any symptoms during test like dizziness, unusual breathlessness, chest pain?
Next Steps
I would likely to see your stress test images.
