After structural build still pain exists, after root canal treatment if so how to deal with it . Medication required or it will go off normally

Hi Sometimes if you have any periapical lesion after the root canal treatment you ll have mild discomfort..Take analgesics and antibiotics as prescribed....It ll go off normally... If you still experience same pain after 10 days of treatment it may be due to infection in the nearby teeth....For that complete clinical examination is necessary to rule out the proper diagnosis

Pls take an antibiotic course Cap Augmentin 625 mg thrice daily for 5 days and Tab Metrogyl 400 mg twice daily for 5 days, if the pain persists pls get the core build up or crown checked for any high points.

Still if the pain persists a re root canal treatment might be considered.

Hi sir... First of all, I would like to know that the pain is continuous or present during the chewing times... Please check it first... If the pain present during biting on that teeth, the restoration (build up) size should reduce... Or else usually the pain will go off... If the pain persist more than three days, you should consult with your dentist...
