Ive been getting panic attacks for months but there is no cause and i am constantly on edge and have rushes of anxiety. could this be a disorder?

Yes it's a disorder which can be definitely treated. Many times there is no cause of panic attacks still it is an illness just like essential hypertension where there are high BP but no cause.
