Kindly do hot fomentation atleast twice a day with massage of d lid margin. Azithal eye ointment can b applied to d lid margin. Cap Doxy might help. But 1 month history it is unlikely that it is style it must b a chalazion.
Next Steps
if d chalazion is not resolving in 2 months or is troublesome then better to do a minor procedure and remove it....

If u have a painless eye lid swellings for more than a month, then it's not a stye. It is probably multiple chalazions. Hot fomentation and oral doxycycline tablets for 2 months may help, but most cases will require minor surgery to remove them.
