Subchorionic hemorrhage
OBSTETRICAL ULTRASOUND GA by LMP: 7 weeks 0 day GA by USG: 6 weeks 2 days EDD (LMP): 13.01.2025 EDD (AUA): 18.01.2025 Findings: Uterus: Uterus is enlarged in size with evidence of well-defined, gestational sac having double decidual reaction. CRL measures about 4.94 mm corresponding to     6 weeks 2 days. Embryo heart beats:  120 BPM No myometrial lesion seen. Trophoblastic reaction seen. Two well-defined hypoechoic lesions of size 2.5 x 2.55 cm and 2.2 x 1.5 cm are seen in anterior myometrium wall and in posterior wall respectively. Subchorionic hemorrhage of size approx 4 x 2 cm is seen surrounding G.sac extending into endometrial cavity. Adenexa: Left ovary is normal in size and echotexture. Right ovary is not visualized. Impression:   Findings suggestive of single intra uterine live embryo corresponding                                                              to Gestation age of  6 weeks 2 days by CRL with Subchorionic hemorrhage .

No problem ,wait and watch , usually that haemorrhage resolves slowly. Should be careful Avoid travelling intercourse Use progesterone supports folic acid
