Symptoms:
Brittle nails
sluggishness
Irritability
She has had slightly elevated or borderline tsh for the last 5 years...has not been under medication though. Pls advise if any treatment is needed.

Get her Anti TPO antibodies done. Treatment would be needed if antibody titre is high
