Success rate of transprk is good. A generalised statement saying perfect vision is not guaranteed would be wrong. Yes it might take few days for the vision to get to perfect 6/6. But case selection and proper planning plays a role. So in all transprk is a safe and effective refractive procedure which I would recommend after evaluating the patient.
