Normal reflex as per her age , observe the weight gain regularly if it's accordingly then vomiting is also normal.  keep her hands clean regularly with drinking water.

Sucking fingers is a normal reflex in small babies. It does not mean that they are hungry. Spitting out milk  shows that the mother has enough milk and the baby is taking in more than she can retain in her tummy.
Health Tips
If the baby's weight gain is normal do not worry.

Keeping fingers in mouth, then vomiting of feeds is a common behaviour in children. If your baby is gaining weight then no worries. But we need to engage the baby with playing , talking to her and making her more comfortable.
