Sudden aching pain I’m wrist and knee
I have all the sudden had a really bad pain in my wrist in knee if I move it or rotate it and my knee gives out when i walk with the pain

You might have injured your knee ligament. You will need an evaluation by orthopaedic surgeon and probably an MRI
