Sudden appearance of freckles
Hi!
Yesterday, I noticed the appearance of small dots all over my arm, which look like freckles but I can't be sure. I was out in the sun a couple of days ago. I have sensitive skin but I have never had any reactions similar to this. I have also had prolonged exposure to sunlight in the past but it has only caused tanning. Is this something I should be worried about?
