Sudden Hair fall. For me to pursue?

Hello I am 22 years old my weight is 68kg and height 5"8.Since last 1 month. I am facing excessive hair fall 70% from front side. I never had a single hair fall before.it all started a month ago. I used to apply oil roughly to my hair and never had a hair fall..since last month there are over 20-30+ hair start falling off even I oil hair mildly. I guess I have male pattern baldness from side but still never had hair fall. Since this problem I am following this routine for hair 1- I shampoo my hair with hair and shoulder anti dandruff every 3 days. 2 - I oil my hair every day coconut oil.apply oil in night and shampoo next day. 3 - and don't let them wet at least for a day. It didn't did any help. What should I do? Any medicine ? I also wanna ask - I am thinking to shave my head and go bald to regrow hair from beginning. Apply castor oil and coconut oil every day. so they grow storng and not fall. Is this advisable for me to pursue? Thanks in advance :)
