Sudden swelling under right jaw and neck
Suddenly the area around right side of my neck under right jaw swelled while talking in the night. I also have difficulty in swallowing and pain in that area.

If it was suddenly after food it could be a swelling in the parotid. If it was there for a day or two and then it has become painful and swollen it could be a infected node. In either case medication after proper examination and investigation will help you. Do consult a ENT specialist directly

You may be having acute Submandibular sialadenitis which is a common type of throat salivary gland infection or it may be simple lymph node infection. Clinical assessments is necessary to confirm the diagnosis
