Kindly visit a ENT doctor immediately as a unilateral tinnitus is not a good sign and requires further investigation and assessment. So kindly visit the ENT at the earliest. Unilateral tinnitus is caused by: - Acoustic neuroma - Side effect of medications - Thyroid disorder - Multiple sclerosis - Vitamin B12 deficency - Fibromyalgia - Depression - Anxiety - Diabetes - Anemia - Ear wax - TMJ disorder - Head injury
