I am suffering from fever since morning. I had taken paracetamol after lunch. I got relief for that time. but again it returned in the evening. filling chilled..

HELLO, TABLET PARACETAMOL 500ONE TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD. FOR CHILLS, HAVE YOU ANY BURNING SENSATION IN URINE? IF YES, URINE TEST COMPLETE AND MICROSCOPIC. SYRUP ALKASOL TWO TEASPOON FUL THREE TIMES A DAY WITH HALF GLASS OF WATER. OR, PF , PV FOR MALARIA. O.K BYE.
