Workup is needed to find out cause of jaundice. If it is HBV related then risk of transmission is minimal in the case that the baby is vaccinated.
In any case feeding should be continued for now.

Yes you can breastfeed the baby. Please maintain proper hygiene and also take full rest when baby is sleeping . Do not exert yourself too much
