Suffering from the neck pain and cold
My mother is suffering from head ake and cold from yesterday he also getting pain at back of the neck we made masaj on neck back with zandu bam but no result can you suggest what we have to do and suggest first aid

it looks like upper respiratory tract infection.as first aid use paracetamol with decongestants like Dolocold or sinarest or zincold.if symptoms persist consult doctor physically.steam inhalation would be better symptomatically.
