Sugar not under control
Hello Doctors, I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for the last 2 years and currently I am on insulin and taking 3 tablets but my sugar levels are still constantly between 300 to 400 and this worries me. Also I work in the night shift because of which there is not much of physical activity. Also off late the skin around my abdomen has cracked and is very very painful. Please advise what I should be doing next. Looking forward to your expertise Thank you.

Hi noted history, Sugars will be high due to less activity... but regular monitoring and Up titrating insulin dose should help you in bringing down sugar levels... Kindly consult to help you
