Hello....It sounds like it's been really long that you are struggling with your phobias. I advice you to consult a Psychiatrist first, understand the treatment and along with this you can take therapy sessions from a Psychologist or a Psychotherapist. In your case, Cognitive behaviour therapy (cbt) can work and give you the results. This all depends on what the Psychiatrist says.
Next Steps
please go to a psychiatrist and also reach out to a helpline if you feel hopeless in times of getting darker thoughts.

Hi Thanks for reaching out. Based on what you have mentioned you will need to consult a psychiatrist and psychologist. For how long have you been having fear of trains, heights, and knives. With the right treatment you can overcome phobia. To feel better I suggest consulting a psychiatrist and psychologist. With a psychologist you can talk about phobia, relationship with family, lifestyle, and childhood. If there is a history of anxiety disorder in the family you can talk about it with a psychologist. There will come a time when you will feel better, Try to live in the present and take each day as it comes.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist and psychologist.
Health Tips
Contact me for counselling sessions. Along with counselling I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind.

Hi, It's very important that you reach out to a mental health professional, such as a psychiatrist or a psychologist, who can provide personalized care and support tailored to your situation. While medication can sometimes help—such as antidepressants or anti-anxiety medications—therapy techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) can also be effective in managing fears and anxieties. Additionally, support groups can offer a sense of community and understanding. If you're in crisis or feeling suicidal, please seek emergency help immediately. Remember, you don't have to face this alone; there are people who want to help you.
Next Steps
Consult with a Psychiatrist and a clinical Psychologiost

I am really sorry to hear that you’re going through such a tough time. Experiencing debilitating anxiety and phobias can be quite challenging and can get in the way of living a fulfilling life. It would really be helpful to reach out to a counsellor who practices CBT or REBT. They are trained to help you cope and work on thoughts patterns that cause the anxiety. They also teach you how to deal with your phobias in a structured way. This will help you feel more empowered and in control of your anxiety.
Next Steps
Reach out to a therapist
Health Tips
Don’t expect instant results, therapy isn’t like a magic wand. Therapy takes time and effort from your end as well before you can see results. However with a little patience and by consistently practicing the new thoughts and coping techniques taught in therapy slowly but surely you will learn to overcome your fears.

Your symptoms suggest severe anxiety or a possible phobia-related condition. Please consult a psychiatrist for a comprehensive evaluation, as medications like SSRIs or mood stabilizers may help. Combine this with cognitive hypnotic psychotherapy  to address your fears and regain control over your thoughts.
