After having cap after root canal treatment,immediately white part of the cap had broke down and the metal part fixed very tightly.can it be removed easily or it is a risky procedure

It is a risky procedure. Depends if your tooth structure was well intact or not. If your teeth are strongly inbuilt or not. Some part or whole anatomic crown may come off with the cap.
Next Steps
after giving some jerking pressure to the crown  by crown remover if  it doesn't loosen  up, it may have to be cut open to be removed.
