My age 28.
I diagnosed
diabetes T2 in July 2017, with
hba1c is 9(oxygen rate method). From last 3 months i stopped my medicines, and I change my food habits. From my childhood i take my food only 2 times daily and a cup of tea in the morning till at the age of 25. But after 25 i take more food even i don't have hungry. But from last 3 months i change my food habits to those childhood days. Now I avoid
sugar, and oil food. I eat roti, and rice when I feel hunger only.Now my hba1c is 4.8(hplc method). Is it good sign to me?? Can i continue in the same way with out taking medicines to control my diabetes???
