I am having quite a bit of sustained back pain. I drive about 24 kms on two wheeler daily to office. Apart from that I most of the time do the work on my laptop in office and don't exercise much. What is the first thing I need to start doing to get rid of my back pain?

Maybe be due to paraspinal muscle spasm, disc prolapse... Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon for clinical examination and for relevant investigations... They will do the needful depending upon clinical findings.. Good luck.
