? Palmar-hyperhidrosis.excessive sweating on the hands...increases on anxiety, exams, intriview..other stress related.
You can use aluminium chloride 20% solution ( Aldry lotion ) 0n alternative night under occlusion, iontophorosis(procedure with Instrument).
Not responding means you can go for botox which give temporary relief for 4-6months.
Permanent treatment sympethactomy(surgically).
