Sweet smelling breath
I have been experiencing this strange fruity smell in my breath & skin for like 1-3 months now. There is also a strange syrupy smell in my sweat. My friend could detect both. I read online that it's definitely diabetes. I had full blood count like 3 months ago and it was fine (with fasting). I am very worried about this. should I go to doctor? I'm not much experiencing any other symptoms. Worth mentioning that I'm 16 year old self diagnosed hypochondriac.. but this seems really like diabetes.
