Swelling in both kidneys
Dear Madam/sir With reference to the above problem kindly suggest me best treatment .I have two ultrasound reports which show swelling in kidneys.She has pain in nearby kidney.Most pain is at the right side.

34 yrs Swelling in the kidneys with pain The most likely possibility is any obstruction or any infection of the kidneys Is there other symptoms?like fever?Burning sensation while passing urine Any previous history of kidney stones Plz do check the sugars too Urine infection are common with patients having high blood sugars

Swelling in both the kidneys could be secondary to an infection or obstruction by renal calculi.If she has pain while urinating and blood in her urine then she needs to further evaluated by a urologist ,if she has burning in urination with infection then u need to do a urine routine and urine culture
