Swelling in foot
I had 5th metatarsal fracture in my left foot in October last year and was out of cast on December 3rd. After that I wore ankle braces for one month while walking with sports shoes. After that I skipped wearing ankle braces and wear only sport shoes. Everything is going well and there was no problem with my foot. It just happened a day before yesterday, I didn't wear sports shoes and was wearing bellies for whole day. At the end of the day my left foot becomes swollen with little pain in the fractured area. It continues for the other day also so I dipped it into Luke warm water last night and now it's little better but not alright. Please let me know if there is anything wrong with it.

The sweeping looks too much. Probably the fracture has not healed. So please get x-rays done again and plan for re-treatment.
Health Tips
If the fracture was healed, you should not experience pain or swelling.
