Swelling in gums
As in my left teeth sides swelling in gums is happens and outside the left mouth it looks like a knot and I have no pains in my teerh

May be u have a cavity in one of ur tooth which is very old and has gone beyond the living part of the tooth called pulp or nerve. So please visit ur dentist and get the intraoral x-ray done and get it treated at the earliest.
