Swelling in neck. Be highly appreciated.

From the last couple of days, my mom is having an abnormal neck pain with slight swelling in the throat area which at first she misunderstood as one of the symptoms of common cold. But suddenly it started to get worse and she has consulted a physician who advised her to undergo scanning which she had taken today. Attached is her scanning report. We have an appointment with the doctor next week but I found her sitting too anxious and worried today. So I would like to know if there is something to worry in the report or anything which requires immediate attention.
