Usg report says its a swelling at level of skin and not anything deep. Do not take any antibiotics. Chronic means - long standing It appears to be a harmless swelling(not cancer)
Next Steps
Meet a surgeon after the lock down ends and please get it removed.

There is no obvious swelling seen in the photograph, however according to your ultrasound report ,chronic inflammation in subcutaneous plane suggest infection or inflammation since long duration.so,there seems no emergency and you can wait till end of lockdown and consult a surgeon to get it removed.i suggest not to use any antibiotic if there is no pain or fever.

Seems that you have a subcm swelling in the back at the midline portion of the neck according to USG report. Which is also without vascularity. So no need to worry at present. Could be a skin/epi- dermal cyst which got infected , called as ? Sebaceous cyst or dermoid cyst. Which are normally noncancerous one specially when they are so small
Next Steps
treatment is only removal of lump. do wait till lockdown will get over. nothing much will happen. sometimes patients keep it also and remove it later like 1 month
Health Tips
if pain is present can take painkiller. avoid hot garments which can cause friction. check your blood sugar levels also. as common in diabetics.
