Swelling of glands
NOTE: I continuously get sick (bronchitis, colds, upper respiratory infections). I have been iron and vitamin D deficient for three years. I am constantly tired. Haven't felt 100% well since 2015. ISSUE: My glands under my arm were tender and my neck glands began to swell up and I was in a lot of pain. Very fatigued and sore throat. I got admitted to hospital, not glandular. (immunologist) CBC was normal - family history of autoimmune d. Ultrasound normal.

I would advise you to visit a MD general physician as you require a physical examination and undergo investigations such as ANA, CRP, CBC to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. The given information isn't sufficient to reach a specific diagnosis, so kindly visit the MD general physician at the earliest. The weakness you feel could be due to anemia and vitamin d deficiency which caused the weakness. These following steps may help control your situation: - Avoid cold food and water, preferably have hot food and water - Don't skip meals have a liquid diet containing soups and progressively increase to solid diet as per how you can tolerate. - Have food rich in vitamin C such as oranges to help build immunity. - Drink plenty of fluids, drink 3 liters of water per day - Do salt water gargling with lukewarm water thrice a day - Do steam inhalation (plain steam) thrice a day and apply vaporub over your chest and nose - Maintain good personal hygiene - Rest plenty, body heals while at rest If the condition persists or worsens visit nearest ER at earliest
