Respected sir/mam, My mom have swellings in her legs And sometime pain in shoulder. She was earlier having problem of thyroids.bt now it's in control She does not have bp and sugar problem too. Please suggest something. Please suggest something to reduce swellings.

Possibly prolonged sitting,standingor anaemia Take more greens & less salt Test iron,hb kidney & thyroid functions
