In left side i injured my tongue buds while cleaning after brushing and its swollen and red ..what  medicine should i take...and eat

betadine gargles ,if pain u can take Flexon 1 BD x 2 days, if u r not sensitive to ibuprofen u can take curd, lassi, cucumber ,coconut water avoid chilli etc
