Helo,my son three year old .. swollen one rupee coin ..my doctor said do xray..then he saw and told me that no problem it wilcom through motion..

A coin usually does not damage stomach or intestines as it's smooth and non poisonous. It comes out in motion. Wait for a few days and check in motions. If it does not come out in 1 week consult a gastro enterologist

Just wait and be careful for signs of obstruction like pain abdomen and vomiting etc. Most of time it passes through motion
