Swollen gland at the leg
I've been noticing a swelling on my leg below the knee at a particular place which looks like a small gland. This happens every month. The gland stays for 3-4 days and then goes away and again appears in the next month almost at or about the same time. I am a nurse working in operation theatre where I have to stand for long most of the times. Can this be a reason? Please help.

First of all, that’s not a gland swelling. Most probably it is the fluid accumulation is happening due to an old injury at that site or due to excessive pressure on particular joint leading to the same.
