Hello, first of all the lukewarm water swishing at home is a very good step taken by you.
Other than this if you have had a history of food lodgement in the same area it may have happened that the foreign particle is causing pain by impingement in the gums.
Next Steps
You can try using a dental floss if you know how use it. You must visit a dentist at the earliest and get it checked properly before it leads to more pain and discomfort.
Health Tips
Continue swishing with saline water at home and don't try other home remedies.

Localized gum swelling may be caused by any food particle or by grossly decaed tooth. You can do flossing to get rid off any foreign particle. It is better to visit your dental suegon.
Swollen gum could be due to decay in tooth, food lodgement or wisdom tooth.
Just doing salt water gargle will not help.
Find out the reason of swelling and get it treated.
Hi
If there is swollen gums only in one particular region, then more often than not it would be due to foreign particle (Probably food) in between the gums.
Try to floss between teeth where there is swelling. If this does not help in reducing the swelling, please visit a nearby dentist
