Swollen gums
From two days my left bottom gums are swollen near wisdom teeth. What is the treatment for that due to covid19 I can not visit hospital

T.Pyregesic 650, twice a day for 2 days. Warm salt water gargle repeatedly. If no other significant medical history. Avoid extraoral hot compression. Soft diet. Maintain oral hygiene. Betadine gargle once a day. After meal.
