Hello dear
Please be calm
It seems to be due to pericoronitis
It needs comprehensive treatment of warm saline rinses and antibiotics gels
It can be followed by operculctomy
I suggest you to consult any dentist online or offline for details

Hi...the swelling is due to insufficient space for the wisdom tooth to erupt where the food often gets accumulated and causes infection. The condition is called as Pericoronitis.
Next Steps
Visit dentist immediately to avoid serious dental problems.
Health Tips
Add salt in luke warm water and gargle in the affected side for 4-5 times a day to get temporary relief.
Advised to do regular dental check up and teeth cleaning every 6 months.
Hello,
The swelling is because of the inflammation of gums.. The gums must have over grown there and food debris started accumulating...
Need not to worry visit your dentist and get it removed and also see for any impaction and sharp cusp.
