Swollen leg
Male 28 y no diabetic no hypertension for one month have swollen left leg to above the knee with redness, no pain went to ER chemistry was good D-Dimer was normal, Doppler showed positive flow and positive augmentation test, popliteal vein are well compressible, the distal SFV was not appreciated doctors diagnose was cellulitis and antibiotic was given, However one month later redness was gone but the SWOLLEN remain
