Swollen lymph node
From the past 10 days my husband is feeling lymph nodes under armpit he consulted the general surgeon he suggested medicines but there is no improvement the node is in same size he feels pain when it get touched. He don't have fever or dizziness and he don't have weightloss. I would like to know this problem is any serious whom to consult what should we do next for treatment I have attached his medical report regarding the lymph node. Kindly suggest whether it is serious issue

If possible do a USG GUIDED CORE BIOPSY as biggest LN is 18mm core biopsy may not be possible so u can also go for USG guided FNAC

Firstly, the feel of the lymph node and if there are lymph nodes at other stations - such as groin/neck. Continue antibiotics trial for 14 days. If no resolution, then consider USG guided FNAC.
Next Steps
Evaluation by a physician / surgeon for deposits in other lymph nodal stations

You should visit a general surgeon and get axilla as well as the breast examined. You should also look for other swellings elsewhere. After a trial of antibiotics if the swelling is not decreasing in size, you should go for an FNAC, preferably Ultrasound guided.
