Hello, suppurations means pus or discharge. If the infection in lymph node is not completely treated then the bacteria will form pus. The treatment is to drain the pus and send for culture and to check type of bacteria. Meanwhile antibiotics can be started.

It means there is pus in lymph nodes. Antibiotics and removal of the lymph node for sampling. Tuberculosis to be ruled out.
