First of all swelling of gland under jaw at mandibular angle. Enlargement of lymph nodes on ride side of neck. Discontinuous fever and headache. Decrease Appetite Body weight loss Fatigue History of typhoid Sometimes sore throat Now slight decrease in the size of gland after treatment
